Exchanges

Size Exchanges.  Our rings are covered by a lifetime size exchange warranty. Our rings cannot be resized like traditional rings; if your finger size ever changes, we will replace your ring with a new ring. If you are ever in need of a size change please Contact Us with your order number. Please note that any engraving will need to be redone at the customer's expense. Shipping fees for replacement rings are your responsibility. 

Style Exchanges.  Rings may be exchanged for another style within 30 days of delivery. If you need to exchange an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to exchange. We will respond quickly with instructions. You must receive return authorization prior to returning any items.

14k Gold Ring Exchange Details.  For our custom made 14k gold rings ($1300 and up), there is a 20-30% exchange fee for each replacement. Replacement rings are made to order; as such, there is a waiting period between returning your ring and receiving the new ring. Typically these rings are ready to ship in 8-12 weeks, although occasionally it may take longer. 

Returns & Refunds

You may return most new, unworn rings within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, less our actual shipping and handling fees for the original purchase (typically less than $10 on USA orders). Rings with engraving may be returned, but any engraving fees are non-refundable. 

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond within 1 business day with instructions for how to return items from your order. You must receive return authorization prior to returning any items.

14k gold rings ($1300 and up) returned with any signs of wear are subject to a 20-30% refurbishing fee, and engraved 14k gold rings can't be returned. Our staff will reach out to you to confirm these details if you order a non-returnable ring. 

Refunds.  Refunds are generally received within three weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (3 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (3 to 5 business days).

Custom rings are non-refundable, and any custom work fees will apply in case of a size exchange or warranty replacement ring. Custom rings do not include standard rings with engraving. Typically custom rings are made-to-order sizes or specially designed rings.
